  : We had a room the first night that had no heat. Temp was 41f. And none of appliances work except the tv. We froze in the room as the phone was not working . At 6am I went down to front desk and they immediately changed our room that everything worked. The stay was over a holiday so we did have to call for towels and emptying trash . But the housekeeping was very nice about the rest of the stay. All the staff especially Victor were very helpful in resolving the issues. I would stay there again as it’s a great location in San Francisco.
  : That no one was aware of the room 39 had no heater in it and the electric was not working.

  : hotel has perfect location, walking distance to many main attractions, good value for money since it included parking that was pretty spacious
  : The hotel could use a lot of renovation, especially the carpet and bedspreads

  : breakfast is donuts, Apples, and bananas. it would be nice if there was anything to drink, even water. everything is clearly aged, but kept clean and all of the staff was helpful and friendly. great location, central and walking distance or quick Lyft to many points of interest
  : arriving at midnight, and not familiar with San Francisco, it seemed like a questionable place. but the check-in was fast and friendly, and after a four day stay, we were satisfied with everything, no worries.

  : Beds were very comfortable. Bathtub was clean and water got very hot. The microwave, fridge and coffee maker all worked. I was excited to see laundry facilities available.
  : "Breakfast" was just a bunch of doughnuts only, no milk or juice or fruit. I don't know how they can call it a breakfast without a beverage! I paid online but they couldn't find my payment, so I was double charged for the first night.
